Cops. Need I say more. The boots of tyranny stomping to a private affair near you. An institution which harbors some of the most violent, unconscionable, deceitful, and corrupt men walking the planet. When there is not enough war for such men to find a home to commit atrocities, States and municipalities afford them safe refuge where they can work their inhumanity upon the waking populace.
