It is not that government itself is abusive, since it is nothing but a fiction, but rather that men choose to use government as a pretext for effecting their own abuses.

It hap­pened at an April 9, 2007 Collinsville, Illi­nois City Coun­cil meet­ing. Mayor, Stan Scha­ef­fer, was tak­ing input from “res­i­dents”.
