Since February, 2009 I have been involved in battling the State of Illinois in attempting to bring criminal charges against Fairview Heights Police officers, Joshua Alemond and Aaron Nyman, for criminal acts resulting from an unlawful traffic stop.

On January 3, 2008, the City of Collinsville, Illinois received my Declaration, as evidenced by the return receipt for certified mail. Below is the FOIA request I submitted to Collinsville.
