Good stuff from a law pro­fes­sor, as well as a follow-up con­fir­ma­tion from a police offi­cer. Basi­cally, keep your mouth shut. The truth is irrel­e­vant. The facts are sub­jec­tive. Your lib­erty is up for grabs. Bottom-line, you can­not trust the police so why waste your breath?
